A true Winter

My heart is happy with the wonderful and true Minnesota winter we are having....so much white snow...a true winter wonderland!  Over 4 inches fell again today.  And now I'm off to snow shoe, can hardly wait!!

I am a woman of the North

This sign painted on a slab of oak, hangs near the entrance of our home "Up North".  It roughly translates to, "I am a man of the North". 

 Yes, we are a family of men...(even the dog) :)....
I wouldn't want it any other way!  I love them beyond comprehension and enjoy sharing my life with each one dearly!!
Yet, I think I should have my own sign....don't you?
