In Japan there is a practice called "Shinrin-yoku" or
Forest bathing. It basically is spending time walking through the forest for stress relief, relaxation and aromatherapy. If I could walk through a forest everyday I would. I am fortunate to have a beautiful park system near my home which I walk, hike or snowshoe every chance I get...and I like to think of this wooded park as my big forest bathtub!
